AQUA LUMINA COUNTDOWN 2027 

• The Organizer: This event is strictly organized and managed by Nexus Alpha (“Organizer”).
• The Venue: The event is hosted at Jungle Wave Beach, a private rental zone located within Sunway Lost World Of Tambun (Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia).
• Scope: By purchasing a ticket or entering the event grounds, you agree to these Terms & Conditions issued by Nexus Alpha, alongside the safety guidelines enforced by the venue provider.

• Exclusive Access: Tickets are sold and managed exclusively by Nexus Alpha. Standard theme park tickets or Annual Passports issued by the venue will not grant admission to this private countdown event.
• Wristband Exchange: All valid ticket holders must exchange their tickets for an official Nexus Alpha Event Wristband at the designated private registration counter upon arrival.
• Security Checks: Wristbands must be worn securely on the wrist at all times. Broken, lost, tampered, or transferred wristbands will be invalidated instantly.
• Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be entertained unless the event is canceled entirely by Nexus Alpha.

• Counter Opening Hours: The official ticketing and wristband redemption counter operates strictly from 7:00 PM until 11:00 PM on 31 December 2026.
• Strict Lockout Policy: Any request for entry or ticket redemption after 11:00 PM will not be entertained. Late arrivals will be denied entry, and no refunds or compensations will be provided.
• Child Entry Policy: Children below 5 years old enjoy free entry, provided they present a valid MyKid or original identification at the counter for age verification.
• Standard Age Charges: Children aged 5 years old and above do not qualify for free entry and will be charged a full General Admission ticket price.

• Wristband Integrity: Re-entry into the event venue is permitted only if the official Nexus Alpha Event Wristband remains fully intact, untampered, and securely fastened on the guest's wrist.
• No Transfers: Wristbands cannot be removed and shared. If a wristband is cut, torn, taped, or altered in any way, re-entry will be strictly denied, and the guest must purchase a new ticket (subject to availability) to rejoin.
• Final Security Screening: Guests re-entering the venue must undergo the mandatory security screening check at the gates again.

• VIP Exclusive Access: The designated VIP Area, including all Canopies, Huts, Gondolas, stools, and tables, is strictly reserved for VIP ticket holders only.
• General Admission Restriction: General Admission (GA) ticket holders are strictly prohibited from entering the VIP zone, utilizing any VIP seating assets, or crossing the designated VIP boundaries.
• Zone Enforcement: Security personnel will strictly enforce zone access at all entry points. Unauthorized entry into the VIP area will result in immediate removal from the section and potential event ejection.

• Smoking & Vaping Ban: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere within the event perimeter, including the open sand areas of Jungle Wave Beach and the pool vicinity. This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free private event.
• No Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food, snacks, and beverages (including water bottles) are strictly prohibited inside the event perimeter. Food and drink vendors will be available inside the venue.
• No Alcohol: Bringing outside alcohol is completely forbidden. Intoxicated guests will be denied entry or escorted out immediately.
• No Drugs & Illegal Substances: Nexus Alpha maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal narcotics. Anyone found in possession of, using, or distributing illegal substances will be handed over to local law enforcement.
• No Pets Allowed: For safety and hygiene reasons within the beach venue, no pets or animals of any kind are permitted into the event grounds.

• Restricted Access: This ticket permits entry strictly to the Jungle Wave Beach event arena during designated countdown hours. Access to other restricted theme park attractions, rides, or night safari zones is not included.
• Safety & Pool Hazards: The Jungle Wave Pool adjacent to the beach has a maximum depth of 180cm. For safety reasons, swimming or entering the water during the nighttime event is strictly subject to the guidelines provided by active lifeguards on duty. Minors must be supervised at all times.
• Right of Refusal: Nexus Alpha reserves the right to eject any individual displaying disorderly, aggressive, or non-compliant behavior without a refund.

• Program Changes: Nexus Alpha reserves the right to modify the artist line-up, performance schedules, audio-visual programs, or countdown timings without prior notice.
• Weather & Outdoor Risk: As Jungle Wave Beach is an outdoor venue, the event will proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather hazards (e.g., lightning storms), specific open-air segments may be delayed or moved under sheltered structures as directed by the Organizer's safety team.

• Crowd Recording: By attending this private countdown, you acknowledge that Nexus Alpha and its official media partners will take photographs, audio recordings, and video footage.
• Promotional Consent: You grant Nexus Alpha the perpetual, royalty-free right to use your likeness in future promotional, marketing, and recap content across all media channels.
• Data Processing: Personal data collected during ticketing will be securely handled by Nexus Alpha in compliance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

• Voluntary Attendance: Ticket holders enter the outdoor beach venue and participate in event activities entirely at their own risk.
• Property Loss: Neither Nexus Alpha nor the venue management will be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items or vehicles parked outside the rented arena.
• Injury Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Organizer is indemnified against any personal injury, medical condition, illness, or accident arising during the countdown festivities.
