Full payment is required to confirm your spot. Participants must adhere to all organizer guidelines during the event.
全额付款方可确认报名名额。活动期间，参与者需遵守主办方的所有指引与规定。
Liability / 免责声明
Participants attend at their own risk and must disclose any medical conditions or allergies beforehand. Khen Services Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
参与者须自行承担风险，并提前告知任何健康状况或过敏史。活动期间发生的任何受伤、遗失或损坏，Khen Services Sdn. Bhd. 概不负责。

Your personal data will only be used for this event and will not be shared with third parties.
您的个人资料仅用于本次活动，绝不泄露给第三方。
Cancellation Policy / 取消与退款政策
> 14 days before event: Full refund. (活动前14天以上取消：全额退款)
7 - 14 days before event: 50% refund. (活动前7至14天取消：退款50%)
< 7 days before event: No refund. (活动前少于7天取消：恕不退款)
Event Changes / 活动变更
Khen Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Affected participants will receive a full refund or an alternative date.
若遇突发状况，Khen Services Sdn. Bhd. 保留取消或延期活动的权利。受影响者将获得全额退款或可选择其他日期。
Code of Conduct / 行为守则
Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior. The organizer reserves the right to remove any violator without a refund.
参与者需保持专业与尊重的态度。主办方有权驱逐任何违规者，且不予退款。
Media Release / 媒体发布同意
By attending, you consent to Khen Services Sdn. Bhd. using event photos and videos for promotional purposes.
出席本次活动即表示您同意 Khen Services Sdn. Bhd. 将活动相关的照片与影片用于商业宣传用途。
