Terms & Conditions

1. Ticketing, Booking & Platform Terms

• Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and the issuance of an official booking confirmation/e-ticket.
• Booking Deadline: Same-day bookings close strictly at 3:00 PM (noon) on the event date.
• Pricing & Inclusions: All ticket prices are inclusive of the set menu and concert admission unless explicitly stated otherwise. All ticket prices may be subject to applicable ticketing or transaction handling fees.
• E-Tickets & Redemption: All tickets are issued electronically. Ticket holders must present their official e-ticket with a clear QR code and a valid Identity Card/Passport for check-in.
• Ticket Validity & Single Entry: Tickets are valid for single entry only. Once scanned and validated at the entrance, the QR code is considered used and cannot be revalidated, transferred, or reused.
• QR Code Protection: Removing, altering, defacing, or sharing the QR code with unauthorized third parties may invalidate the ticket. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized duplication of e-tickets.
• Unauthorized Sources & Scalping: Tickets must only be purchased through our official website or designated ticketing portal. Reselling, scalping, or purchasing tickets from unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and will render the tickets void without refund.

2. Seating Allocation & Group Bookings

• Fixed Seating: Seating arrangements are strictly fixed based on your selected seat/table during the booking process. Strictly no seat changing is allowed.
• Group Size & Seating Restrictions: There are no minimum or maximum group size requirements per booking, and guests are not required to book adjacent seats.
• Purchaser Responsibility: For multiple ticket purchases on behalf of family or friends, the primary purchaser is responsible for ensuring that tickets are distributed accurately to intended guests.

3. Arrival, Punctuality & Door Policy

• Doors Open: Guest check-in and doors open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled showtime.
• Late Arrival Cut-Off: To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all guests and performers, late admission is strictly not allowed through the main entrance after 15 minutes from the show start time.
• Late Entry Discretion: Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be held in a waiting area and seated only at an appropriate interval during the performance, or may forfeit entry without refund.

4. Cancellation, Non-Refundable Policy & Rescheduling

• Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations with a full refund are permitted within 24 hours after payment is made, provided the request is made prior to the show day.
• Rescheduling & Date Changes: After the 24-hour payment window has passed, bookings are non-refundable. However, guests are permitted a one-time reschedule or date change to a future show date, subject to seat availability.
• Show Day Policy (Within 24 Hours of Show Time): Cancellations and cash refunds are strictly not allowed on the show day or within 24 hours of the show time. Guests may only request to reschedule their session, subject to availability.
• No-Show: Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.

5. Age Restrictions & Alcohol Service

• Minimum Age: This event is open only to individuals aged 12 years old and above.
• Minors Policy: Guests aged between 12 and 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult guardian (aged 18 or older) at all times.
• Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol and wine purchases are strictly restricted to guests 21 years old and above in compliance with legal requirements. Proof of age (valid photo ID/Passport) may be requested prior to serving alcoholic beverages.

6. Event Alterations, Safety & Liability

• Program Adjustments: Management reserves the right to modify the musical repertoire, artist lineup, or dining menu due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• Cancellation by Organizer: In the event of a show cancellation by the venue or organizer due to force majeure, extreme weather, or technical difficulties, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking date.
• Security & Entry Checks: Guests agree to submit to reasonable security checks or bag searches upon entry to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the venue.
• Assumption of Risk: Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.
• Data Privacy: Personal information collected during ticket registration will be used strictly to facilitate booking, entry verification, and event communications in accordance with applicable Personal Data Protection standards.

House Rules & Event Etiquette

• Dress Code: Smart Casual or Formal Attire is required. (No flip-flops, athletic shorts, or sleeveless undershirts permitted).
• Atmosphere & Noise Control: As this is an intimate candlelight concert experience, guests are kindly requested to keep conversation to a minimum during performances and set mobile devices to silent or vibrate mode.
• Photography & Recording: Photos and videos are welcome, but flash is strictly prohibited.
• Dietary Requirements: Special dietary requests or allergies must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the event date. While we make every effort to accommodate restrictions, last-minute dietary modifications on the event day cannot be guaranteed.
• Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or escort out any guest displaying disruptive behavior or non-compliance with house rules without offering a refund.
