The lights are out and you’re already in bed when suddenly your mind recalls the memories you’ve been trying to supress and the feelings you’ve been trying to forget. You find it impossible to fall asleep now, you toss and turn in bed, wrestling with your mind to get itself in order. You feel so frustrated that you want to open your eyes and scream out loud, but you can’t, because your family is in the next room and they might hear you. You can’t tell them the truth, so you hold it in. Hold it in until it’s gone. Until…SCABS. 

SCABS is about 3 young adults who have found each other to talk about their problems as they support each other in the search for peace and freedom.
