The greatest challenge executives face each day is managing people. For every organisation, anywhere in the world, people are both their greatest asset and
sometimes their biggest liability.

A great many factors contribute to an individual’s personality. As a result, managers often struggle to maintain a balance between systems performance and
the needs and aspirations of their team. This is especially true if managers are trained to believe that 2+2 simply must add up to 4, and the laws of science
and mathematics are absolute and accurate.

But, train a good systems and process executive to manage people well and you have the makings of an excellent CEO. The question is: Do you want to be
one, and are you ready to rise to the challenge?
