WWF-Malaysia's FINtastic Fun Run 2016 will be organized at Occupy Beach Street, George Town Penang on 16th October 2016 (Sunday).

GENERAL 

1. The Event/Race Director’s decision shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, queries, appeals or protests shall be entertained. 
2. WWF-Malaysia shall not be responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details. 
3. WWF-Malaysia reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other records of the Event for any legitimate purposes, including commercial advertising. 
4. WWF-Malaysia reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof. 
5. WWF-Malaysia reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof by displaying at any means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by WWF-Malaysia . 
6. WWF-Malaysia reserves the right to change the event date or venue at their own discretion. 

REGISTRATION 

1. WWF-Malaysia reserves the right to cancel or postpone of this event, The FINtastic Fun Run 2016 at any time without prior notice to the Participants, in which case they will make an effort to inform the participant prior to the date of the event. If The FINtastic Fun Run 2016 has been cancelled or postponed, there shall be no refund of registration fees paid and The Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused. 
2. WWF-Malaysia reserves the right to set the fees for the different categories as expedient to its intents and purposes. 
3. WWF-Malaysia reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof WWF-Malaysia shall not be held responsible for any dispute arising from incomplete entry details. 
4. Participants below 18 years of age need to seek parental or guardian consent before participating in the event. 

RACE RULES 

1. IMPORTANT: Please wear your Shark Hero T-shirt to the run to facilitate the efficient distribution of medals after the run, and remember to bring along reusable water bottles as water dispensers will be available. 
2. IMPORTANT: Only registered FINtastic run 2016 participants wearing their Shark Hero T-shirt will be eligible to receive a medal at the finishing line. 
3. Participants who opted for the FINtastic Fun Run 2016 are encouraged to take the pledge at myfinmylife.com after online registration. 
4. Participants are encouraged to dress and/or accessorize according to the shark-themed event. Get inspired and creative by all things shark! 
5. Participants must complete this Fun run in one go. 
6. Once the run is completed, participants are encouraged to post a photo on their Instagram or Facebook accounts with the following hashtags: #myfinmylife 

FINISHER MEDAL , T-SHIRT & E-CERTIFICATE

1. Shark Run medals will be given to participants at the finishing line counter. 
2. Shark Run T-shirt sizes is NOT exchangeable upon registration. 
3. E-certificate will be made available online at (myfinmylife.com) after the completion of the run. 

SAFETY MEDICAL DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS 

1. Whilst reasonable precautions will be taken by WWF-Malaysia to ensure the safety of participants, participants take part at their own risks and the Organizer, their sponsor and their appointed officials shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, suffered or otherwise, and how so ever arising. 
2. WWF-Malaysia reserves the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the run to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself. 
3. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day. 
4. For the safety of participants, participants are advised to run on the designated route and observe traffic regulations.
