Following her well-received exhibit A Town Called George during GTF 2013, French artist Marie Dargent returns with a new series of artwork inspired by the lights and colours she experienced during her travels around Malaysia. Her abstract lithographic prints are vibrant and imbued with earthly hues and emotion, reflecting her feelings of uniquely vivid moments.

Despite advancements in technology, Dargent remains committed to working with the ancient art of stone lithographic printing. She has taken part in various international art exhibitions, both in painting and print-making across countries in Europe as well as Japan, Argentina and Malaysia.
