The Special Plenary Session is held in conjunction with the upcoming 9th International Conference of the Asian Philosophical Association (ICAPA).  

In this year's International Congress of Asian Philosophical Association, Prof. Dr. Alparslan AÇIKGENÇ of Alliance of Civilizations Institute (Istanbul, Turkey), Prof. Dr. Wan Mohd Nor Wan Daud (Founder-Director of CASIS) and Prof. Dr. CHOI Woo-Won (Pusan National University, Korea), will deliver a special plenary session in relation to this year's theme:

"Decolonization, Education, Arts and Humanities and Higher Education Leadership in the Asian Community"
