Introduction
It is the First International Food & Cultural Exchange Festival concept ever held within the exclusive Boundaries of Putrajaya, Malaysia in commemorating the World Food Day which falls on the 16th of October every year.
The main objective of the event is to provide a unique platform for multi-diversified global community to exchange between ethnicity and cultural values across 7 Continent of the world.
We projected around 1.3 Million local and international visitors that will come and support this event.
This event will be officiated by Her Royal Highness DYMM Tuanku Hajah Haminah Hamidun, The Queen of
Malaysia and will be patron by Yang Berbahagia Datin Seri Utama Datuk Anggraini Sentiyaki, Yang Berhormat Mulia Minister of Federal Territories Wife.
The Essence
The event offers more than 1000 unique booths within the 7 Continent which consist of Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe and Australia continents generally.
The Food Exhibition shall support global ethnicity through global food introduction and cultural activities between international communities.
The entire marquee tent will be well decorated based on the country’s identity selected to provide a world tour ambience throughout the event.
More than 100 well decorated Food Truck will be part of the attractions which are in trend to the public interests via Food Truck Avenue nearby.
The world tour experience through the marquees will be assisted by 3 kinds of performances that range from instrumental, cultural and urban based global performances that will enlighten visitors experience.
Putrajaya Equator Garden Style Fashion Runway will make its debut to promote global fashion which will end with Fashion Parade daily.
Art Avenue which showcases unique painting, sculpture, body art, crafts and textiles will provide awareness on the importance of arts value in every culture towards global community.
More than 21 Global Celebrity Chefs will combine forces to be involved in a forum, demo and workshop based activities to create public interest in the arts of culinary and patisseries
There will be an outdoor Ice Rink that will accommodate more than 100 ice-skaters in one time located in between the Government Building.
Iconic Aquatic Show where the water comes alive accompanied by the miraculous LED lightings that groove with the music.
One of the biggest night attractions ever, the magnificent fireworks display which showers the Putrajaya on the last night of the event.
Luminescence Night features Boat Parade with all kind of creative lighting, decorations and crowd-engaging fun.
There will be a Record Breaking session which will target on breaking the record set forth by Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing and Emirates Culinary Guild for the World’s Largest Chef Gathering in 2013 with 2,847 chef attendees. We plan to break the record with the attendees of 4,000 chefs at one time.
There will be a New Record to be created for the World’s Longest Fashion Runway which we projected to be participated by majority of Malaysian Designers by showcasing their collections along the runway.
