Cynthia's weekly outdoor Sunday Sunset Yoga Classes at Xero Gravity Rock Climbing Gym in the expansive dome under the sky will be an extra special class - Yoga + Live Music + Fundraiser for a good cause!
Accompanying the sunset flow will be ....LIVE GUITAR by the talented Ray Cheong, and a few songs featuring Hannah Lo.
Allow for the live guitar music, soulful songs, gentle breeze, soft sunset, and open air yoga to take you deeper into yourself and your practice. Recharge a sense of energy, peacefulness, and confidence within to reclaim your freedom and expansiveness. Step out of your daily routine into a state of freedom, fun, and serenity. Expect breaking a sweat as you increase your flexibility, build strength, and test your balance during some challenging flows.
Let music take you somewhere magical. Become inspired by where your body and mind can take you. Inspired by the city we live in and those around us.
For practicing yogis and first timers alike - anyone with an open mind and heart, looking to meet other cool people and have fun!
This is a special one-time event in KL - the proceeds of the night will go towards fundraising for a Achievers Academy, formerly called Pandawas, for 93 refugee students from Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, etc. More on that further below.
