Mouth Cancer Awareness Walkathon 2016 will be organized at Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam on 13th November  2016 (Sunday).

Mouth or Oral Cancer case is increasing amongs the Malaysian public, and because of that, Oral Cancer Research and Coordinating Centre (OCRCC), University of Malaya, in collaboration with Oral Health Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia has planned this Mouth Cancer Awareness Week 2016. 

This program is an annual event organized by OCRCC with its focus is to increase awareness among Malaysian public about the danger of Oral Cancer. Besides that, the program will also emphasize on the importance of Oral health and also to spread the latest information about Mouth Cancer.

Since its establishment, OCRCC has set-up a biobank known as the Malaysian Oral Cancer Database & Tissue Bank System (MOCDTBS) where data and biological specimens were collected, processed and stored.
