This workshop is suitable for total beginners to intermediate hula hoopers, male and female. We will explore onbody & offbody hooping, isolations, and transitions.

Mishie Hoops is Head Play Professional at The Hula Hoop Institute, leading influencer of hoop dance across South East Asia, and Hoopie award winner of 2016 Hooper of The Year – Asia!
Mishie discovered her inner child and passion for hula hooping while working in a very serious job with one of Australia’s top multinational companies. Nursing a broken heart, she escaped the corporate world in 2013 to chase her hoop dreams.
She founded The Hula Hoop Institute, Asia’s largest hoop dance organization and has taught and performed at events and festivals across Australia, Canada and South East Asia. She has trained with some of the world’s top hoopers across Australia, North America, Asia and Europe.
