1. Ticketing & Redemption
•Free Entry: Admission to the ROUND Festival is free, but pre-registration via Ticket2U is required.
•Facial Recognition Check-In: Ticket claiming and entry will utilize facial recognition technology. Ensure your face is clearly visible during ticket registration and entry.
•One Ticket Per Person Per Day: Each individual is entitled to one (1) ticket per event day. Duplicate entries will be voided.
•Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable. Your ID may be checked to match registration details.
•Digital Only: Only QR code e-tickets (on mobile or printed) will be accepted. No walk-in registration at the venue.
2. Entry & Admission Policy
•Venue Entry: Entry to Zepp KL is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no reserved seat.
•Upon entering the venue, every ticket holder MUST present a valid e-ticket with QR code for validation, including children*.
•Strictly No admission for children* below the age of 6 years old.
•Re-entry is Allowed: Attendees may re-enter the venue after exiting, provided they follow the designated re-entry procedures.
•Late Admission: Entry may be denied after the maximum venue capacity is reached or for late arrivals.
•Entry Rights Reserved: The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject individuals who:
- Are not registered ticket holders
- Fail security checks
- Display disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior
- Violate any terms herein
3. Security Screening
•Mandatory Bag & Body Checks: All attendees are subject to security screening, including bag checks and body scanners.
•Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly banned:
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Outside food and beverages
- Drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances
- Fireworks, explosives, or flares
- Professional photography, videography, or audio equipment
- Laser pointers, flags, banners, or items with hate speech or political slogans
4. Facial Recognition & Privacy
•Technology Use: Facial recognition will be used solely for entry verification and anti-scalping purposes.
•Data Protection: Your biometric data is securely processed and will not be shared or stored beyond event requirements, in compliance with PDPA Malaysia.
5. Photography, Videography & Copyright
•Media Notice: The event will be recorded and photographed. By attending, you agree to be captured in event media used for promotional purposes.
•Attendee Restrictions: No livestreaming, drones, or professional equipment is allowed.
•Copyright: All content from the event (audio, visual, performances) is the intellectual property of the organizer and artists. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Code of Conduct
•Respect fellow attendees, event staff, and performers.
•Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate ejection and potential legal action.
•Attendees must comply with all instructions from security and staff.
7. Health & Safety
•Follow any public health guidelines (e.g., mask-wearing if required).
•Do not attend if you are unwell, show symptoms, or have had recent contact with COVID-19.
8. Event Changes & Cancellation
•The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time due to weather, safety concerns, artist cancellation, or other unforeseen circumstances.
•Ticket holders will be notified via email and the official event page or social media.
9. Limitation of Liability
•The organizer, venue, and partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages sustained during the event, including theft or personal incidents.
