Ticket collection instructions

Tickets for this program are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Each person may purchase up to 2 tickets. Valid tickets must be presented upon entry.

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for entry. Both the child and the accompanying parent/guardian are required to present valid tickets for admission.
On the day of the show, present your identification and e-ticket at the designated ticket exchange point to exchange for a paper ticket and then check in. Thank you for your support! 

Tips:

• This event will be in the form of dialogue and interaction between the artist and FAM, with song performances, but this event is not a concert mainly based on stage performances. Please fully understand and consider this before purchasing tickets.
• For this event, the artists will mainly have conversations in Korean. The organiser will also give full consideration to Chinese-speaking fans, with real-time Chinese translation subtitles provided on-site.
• SVIP/VIP ticket holders can attend Hi-Bye event after the show. The event will be held inside the venue.

Viewing Instructions:

• Audience members are strictly prohibited from photographing, recording, videoing or recording the event in any form and disseminating it through television, online platforms or other media. Any act to assist such behavior is also strictly prohibited.
• Photography with any professional or non-professional camera is prohibited.
• Alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the venue.
• Audience seated near the stage area, please be alert to stage effects (such as fireworks, gunpowder, sound effects, etc.).
• For safety reasons, pregnant women, older audience members, and those with heart disease, high blood pressure, etc. are advised to carefully assess their physical condition before participating in the event. The organizer/host/ticketing platform shall not be held responsible for any accidents caused by personal health reasons.
• Take good care of your personal belongings. The organizer/host shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft resulting from personal negligence.
• The event will be filmed and recorded. Audio, video and broadcast footage taken before, during and after the event, both inside and outside the venue, may include images, voices, behaviors or speeches of the audience. By entering the venue, the audience is deemed to have consented to the organizers' unrestricted use of the relevant materials worldwide, including but not limited to commercial purposes, advertising, promotional activities and news reporting.
• Please cooperate actively with the security measures implemented by the organizers and the hosts.
• The instructions of the staff are based on safety considerations. Please follow the on-site guidance to avoid affecting the viewing experience of other audience members. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• If any behavior hinders the event or affects the order of the performance, the person concerned may be asked to leave the venue and may bear civil or criminal liability. The organizer has the right to restrict the performance or remove the person from the venue in order to ensure the safety of the event if they violate the regulations of the organizer/host or fail to cooperate with the safety management.
• The venue may video or record for the purpose of maintaining order and safety in violation of prohibitions or obstruction of the performance of duties by staff. The relevant materials will be destroyed 30 days after the event ends or after the relevant procedures are completed.

Prohibited items:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Glass, metal cans or bottle containers
• All food and drink except for PET bottled water under 500ml
• Explosives, pyrotechnic items (including fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, etc.) and flammable materials
• Professional photography equipment such as single-lens reflex cameras
• iPad, GoPro, action cameras and other video recording devices
• Items that contain political, religious, or racial discrimination
• Items used for unauthorized commercial profit
• Bags larger than A3 size (including Boston bags, fitness bags, suitcases, large backpacks, etc.)
• Folding chairs, long-handled umbrellas, ladders, selfie sticks, large support items, large banners, strollers, walkers, etc. that may cause traffic jams or safety hazards

* These items are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue.
 
The organizer may impose additional restrictions and viewing rules at any time as requested by the artist or for safety purposes

• In addition to the items mentioned above, any items that are determined to pose a safety risk or affect viewing (such as fragile or hard items) may also be restricted from entry.
• Pets are not allowed in. Service/assistance dogs that comply with the Disability Welfare Act may enter. Audience members with service dogs must arrange for accessible (wheelchair) seats and make an appointment through the customer service centre.

取票说明：

本项目门票不支持退换，每个平台每人每场演出最多购买8张门票，入场时必须持有当日实体门票。15岁以下儿童，须家长陪同一起入场。儿童与家长都需凭有效门票入场。演出当天凭本人证件以及购票二维码，到指定换票点换取纸质票后检票入场（订单或订单截图无效），感谢您的支持！

温馨提示：

• 本次活动将以艺人与 FAM 之间的对话与互动形式进行，会有歌曲表演，但本活动并非以舞台表演为主的演唱会。请在购票前充分理解并考虑这一点。
• 本次活动艺人以韩文对话为主，主办方也将充分考虑中文乐迷，现场有对应的“中文实时翻译字幕”。
• SVIP/VIP 福利：SVIP/VIP票持有者可以参加演出结束后的Hi-Bye活动。本次活动将在音乐厅内举行。

观演须知：

• 观众严禁拍摄、录音、录像或以任何形式记录活动内容，并通过电视、网络平台或其他媒体传播。任何协助上述行为的举动同样被严格禁止。
• 禁止使用任何专业或非专业相机进行摄影。
• 场馆内禁止饮酒与吸烟。
• 靠近舞台区域就座的观众，请注意舞台特效效果(如烟火、火药效果、音效等)，务必提高警惕。
• 出于安全考虑，孕妇、高龄观众，以及患有心脏病、高血压等疾病者，建议谨慎判断自身身体状况后再参加活动。因个人健康原因引发的任何事故，主办方/承办方/售票平台概不负责。
• 请妥善保管个人物品。因个人疏忽导致的遗失或被盗，主办方/承办方概不负责。
• 本活动将进行拍摄与录像。活动前、活动中及活动后，在场馆内外进行的音频、视频及转播画面，可能包含观众的影像、声音、行为或发言。观众入场即视为同意主办方在全球范围内、不受限制地使用相关素材，包括但不限于商业用途、广告宣传、推广活动及新闻报道。
• 请积极配合主办方及承办方实施的各项安全措施。
• 工作人员的指示基于安全考虑制定，请遵从现场引导，避免影响其他观众的观演体验。感谢您的理解与配合。
• 如有任何行为妨碍活动进行或影响观演秩序，相关人员可能被请离场馆，并可能承担民事或刑事责任。若违反主办方/承办方规定或未配合安全管理，主办方有权限制观演或将当事人请离场馆，以确保活动安全。
• 对违反禁止事项或妨碍工作人员执行职责的行为，场馆可能为维持秩序与安全进行录像或记录。相关资料将在活动结束30天后或相关程序完成后销毁。

禁止携带物品：

• 酒精饮品
• 玻璃、金属罐或瓶装容器
• 除500ml以下PET瓶装水外的所有食品与饮料
• 爆炸物、烟火类物品(含烟火、照明弹、烟雾弹等)及易燃物
• 单反相机等专业摄影设备
• iPad、GoPro、运动相机及其他影音录制设备
• 含政治、宗教或种族歧视内容的物品
• 用于未经授权商业牟利的物品
• 大于A3尺寸的包袋(含波士顿包、健身包、行李箱、大型背包等)
• 折叠椅、长柄雨伞、梯子、自拍杆、大型应援物、大型横幅等可能造成通行阻碍或安全隐患的婴儿车、助行器等

*上述物品严禁带入场馆。

根据艺人要求或安全需要，主办方可能在任何时间追加限制与观演规定

• 除上述物品外，任何被认定可能存在安全风险或影响观演的物品(如易碎或过硬物品)，也可能被限制入场。
• 禁止携带宠物入场。但符合<<残疾人福利法>>的服务/辅助犬可入场。携带服务犬的观众须安排无障碍(轮椅)席位，并通过客服中心预约。
• 需要特殊帮助的顾客或希望观看演出的残疾人士，请提前联系客服告知您的需求。入场需每人一张门票，包括陪同同伴。
