Eligibility.
- This event is open to:
- Everyone who are 7 years old and above.
21KM – 18 years & above
10KM – 16 years & Above
5KM – 7 years and above
- Parents are allowed to bring along their children below the age of 7 at their own risk. Parents must take full responsibility of their children’s wellbeing pre, during and after VOLTRUN 2026. NO registration is required for children aged below 7 years and therefore they will not be entitled for t-shirt, finisher medal, etc. Organizer cannot be held responsible for the safety and wellbeing of any child below the age of 7 years.
- VOLTRUN 2026 shall be conducted under a set of running event rules. Age qualification will be taken as of 31st December 2026.

- No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registration.
- The decision of the Competition Committee is final when accepting entries. The organizers have the right to refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason.
Race Pack.
Race pack consists of :
- Official VOLTRUN Running Tee
- Race bib and safety pins.
- Exclusive VOLTRUN Merchandise according to the category
Please be advised that the quantity of the Running Tees’ ordered according to sizes are limited, therefore the distribution shall be carried out on first-come, first-served basis.
Finisher Medal.
Finisher Medals will be distributed at the finish line to all participants.
No claims will be entertained thereafter.
21KM‘s Finisher Slide.
All the 21KM finishers must claim their Finisher Slide immediately after finishing latest by 9.00am.
No claims will be entertained thereafter.
Drink Station.
There will be 7 water station for 21KM
There will be 3 water station for 10KM
There will be 1 water station for 5KM
Water & Isotonic will be served in paper cup.
Refreshment at Finish Line.
Each participant shall receive 1 bottle of water and light refreshment upon completion of the run at the finish area. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- VOLTRUN 2026 (‘Event’) is organised by VOLTRA Sdn Bhd (Event Owner) and M Sports Sdn Bhd (‘Appointed Organiser’).
- This Event is open to everyone.
- Any disputes arising from participation in the VOLTRUN 2026 shall be referred to Arbitration to be conducted in Malaysia within the Laws of Malaysia.
- Age qualification is taken as in year of birth and as at 31st December 2026.
- Participants shall agree to participate this Event at his/her own free will.
- Participants shall abide by the Event Terms & Conditions set forth by the Organiser.
- Participants confirmed that all information submitted during registration is complete and accurate.
- Participants below age 18 must obtain consent from their parents/guardian before signing up for the Event.
- Upon confirmation of participation, change to the category or other details will not be entertained. Any change of category requires a new registration.
- The Organiser reserves the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when the quota of a race / start is full.
- Participants must be deemed fit to participate in this Event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any accident or mishap which arises as a result of non-disclosure of medical conditions by the participants.
- Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure the participants safety, participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.
- The organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or extreme weather condition. Should the heavy rain, thunder storm or extreme weather condition persist after delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organisers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned.
- The organizers reserve the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
- Once the participant’s registration has been duly processed, there will be NO refund for participants who do not eventually take part in the Event for whatever reason.
- Race entry is non-transferable to unregistered runners. Those who are discovered to participate with an unauthorized race number will be disqualified.
- The Organiser reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.
- Change in sizes of the race event tee during collection is strictly NOT ALLOWED. Participants must adhere to the race event tee sizes that they have registered for.
- By signing up and providing any information, personal or otherwise, in order to gain access to and to participate in the Event or any activity(ies) relating to the Event, the participant is deemed to have given expressed permission to the Organiser, Event Manager and the Event Sponsors to use such personal information for marketing, statistical and planning purposes.
- The Organiser reserves the right to contact the participants from time to time by any means. Any notice sent to the email address provided by the participant during registration shall be deemed as received by the participants. If a participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or the Organiser has grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the participant's registration. There will be no fee refund upon such suspension or termination of the participant's registration.
- The Organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these terms and conditions of the Event from time to time as deemed fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organiser shall be the authority to interpret and in so doing, the Organiser will take into account the interests of all the affected participants.
- Participants must run on the designated path for the entire route. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
- Sweeper vehicles will be mobilized to pick up participants after cut-off time for each category. Participants are MUST COMPLY to board the sweeper vehicles.
- All entitlement’s colour, design and material are subject to change without notice.
- The Organiser shall not be responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or the Event's Official Website.
- Participants hereby agree to release, waive and discharge the Organiser, its Board of Directors, the Management, employees and sponsors from liability from any and all claims arising from the negligence of the Organiser, its employees, and relevant parties including but not limited to (i) personal injury (including death) from incidents or accidents arising from participation in the Event and (ii) any and all claims resulting from the damage to, loss of, or theft of the property.
- Participants agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Organiser, its Board of Directors, the Management, employees, and sponsors from liability from any and all claims arising from the negligence of the Organiser, its employees and relevant parties (that is defend, and pay any costs, including investigation costs and attorney’s fees) from any and all claims made by other individuals or entities arising from participant’s injury or loss or action due to my participation in the Event.
- Participants covenant not to take any legal action against the Organiser, its Board of Directors, the Management, employees, and sponsors for any present or future claim that participants might have. This includes claims resulting from: (i) the inherent risks of physical conditioning, training, and participating in the Event; and (ii) the negligence of the Organiser, its Board of Directors, the Management, employees, and sponsors.
- All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
- Any protests on the official result, kindly write in with evidence to The Organiser within 30 minutes once the result is announced with protest fees RM300 in cash (protest fees is non-refundable).
