IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Please have your e-Tickets & QR Code ready (via email or screenshot) upon arrival to redeem your wristbands at the ticket redemption counter. Do not lose or damage them, as there will be no replacements for lost or damaged wristbands.
• Wristbands are REQUIRED when entering the hall, NO REPLACEMENTS if damaged or lost.
• Backpacks or bags larger than A4 size paper are not allowed for entry.
• No food and water allowed into the hall. (UPDATE: not even sealed mineral water)
• Cameras or video recorder of all types are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Photography and video recording are permitted only via mobile phones.
• Power banks are permitted in the venue. However, attendees bring and use power banks at their own risk. The organizer and venue will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, malfunction, or injury arising from the use of personal power banks. Please take note.
• Other prohibited items please refer to the “PROHIBITED ITEMS” list below. Please DO NOT bring any PROHIBITED ITEMS to the venue. If found in possession of any prohibited items, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue without any refund. The organizer and venue will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, confiscation, or incidents arising from bringing such prohibited items.
• Live streaming of the event is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. If caught doing so, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
• For safety reasons, a security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask you to arrive early.

• Cameras / video recorder of all types are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. You are only allowed to take pictures and videos with your mobile phone.
• Power banks are permitted in the venue. However, attendees bring and use power banks at their own risk. The organizer and venue will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, malfunction, or injury arising from the use of personal power banks. Please take note.

Parking Rates

• Basement parking bays at RM3.00 flat rate is available at Menara KEN, TTDI.

Public Transport

• Take MRT to Bandar Utama Station (SBK09)
• Look for Pintu A to get to 1Powerhouse Ground Floor and take the T812 RapidKL Feeder Bus.
• Stop at Jalan Komersial Burhanudin (2), only 2 stops away.

1. General Sales Conditions
   • All tickets are sold exclusively online and issued electronically.
   • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be made under any circumstances.
   • This is a fully seated event.
   • All tickets are subject to handling fees, ticketing charges and other applicable charges.
   • CAT4 tickets are restricted view – attendees may have restricted or partially obstructed views of the LED screen.
2. Age Restrictions
   • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
   • No admission for infants or children under 6 years old.
   • Adult ticket holders are responsible for ensuring compliance with the child admission rules.
3. Ticket Purchase & Identification
   • Each valid ID may be used to purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per person.
   • Do not share your ticket purchase details or QR codes with any third party.
   • If purchasing on behalf of others, you are responsible for all tickets under your purchase.
   • For VIP Access: You must present valid identification during wristband and care package collection. The name on the ID must match the original purchaser. Failure to verify identity may result in refusal of collection or entry.
4. Ticket Validity & Usage
   • A valid QR code ticket is required for venue entry.
   • Altered, damaged or defaced QR codes may be invalid for entry.
   • Tickets are non-transferable and strictly not for resale. Resold tickets may be cancelled.
   • Ticket2U is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
   • If duplicate QR code usage occurs, valid proof of purchase must be shown or entry will be denied.
5. Unauthorized Sources
   • Tickets must only be purchased from the official Ticket2U website.
   • Tickets bought elsewhere may be invalid and admission may be refused.
   • Providing false or incorrect information during purchase may result in being barred from the event.
6. Admission & Conduct
   • The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who behaves in a disorderly or unsafe manner or fails to follow event rules without refund of any amount paid.
   • All attendees must comply with any security checks, including bag inspections and searches for prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

   • Third-party entry or proxy admission is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Privacy
   • Personal information collected by Ticket2U is used for ticketing and related services in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
   • By registering, you consent to your data being used for marketing purposes by Ticket2U, the organizer, sponsors and authorized partners.
8. Delay, Postponement & Cancellation
   • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except where specifically stated.
   • If the event is postponed, original tickets will remain valid for the new date unless stated otherwise.
   • The organizer reserves the right to delay, postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to dangerous conditions, technical issues or any causes beyond reasonable control.
9. Event Changes
   The organizer may revise or adjust event details including event times, seating arrangements or audience capacity without prior notice.
10. Recording & Photography
    • No camera photography, videography or professional audio recording is allowed unless authorized.
    • By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
11. Assumption of Risk
    All attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including personal injury, loss, damage or liability before, during or after the event.
12. Amendments
    Ticket2U and the organizer reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. Other Terms
    All venue, ticketing and event entry rules apply in addition to the above.
