  • A majority of the proceeds from the event will be directed to the ‘Tabung Pesakit Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz, Pusat Perubatan UKM’ and ‘Tabung Kebajikan Persatuan Mahasiswa/siswi Fakulti Perubatan UKM’.

RACE KIT COLLECTION

• The race kit includes a runner’s -T, a running bib and safety pins.
• Race kit can be collected at the following venue and time:

• All race kits that are not collected during the specified collection date will be regarded as unwanted and the Organiser shall be allowed to dispose or redistribute them accordingly.
• Please bring the proof of payment or QR code during race kit collection

EVENT MEDAL

BASIC HEALTH SCREENING & EDUCATIONAL BOOTHS

• There will be free health screening on the event day for:
  • Blood Pressure 
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Blood sugar
• Fasting lipids and uric acid screening are also available at a minimal fee

ELIGIBILITY

• This run is opened to both local and international participants. 
• Children aged 12 years old and below must be registered and accompanied by a parent/ guardian.
• Participants aged less than 18 years old must obtain approval of a parent/ guardian before registration. 

Registration Term & Condition

• There will be NO REFUND for wrong or repeated registrations.
• Change of run category or substitution of runners is strictly PROHIBITED. Only registered runners will be allowed to participate. 
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse registration without disclosing the reasons.
• This event is limited to 1500 participants only.

WATER STATIONS

• There will be TWO water stations for the 7KM category run and ONE water station for the 3KM category run along the course.
• Isotonic drinks and mineral water will be provided in paper cups. Please dispose your paper cups in the dedicated bins located after each water station. 

BAGGAGE DROP

• A tent will be made available as a baggage drop area. Please proceed to the baggage tent to get your bags tagged and deposited at your own risk.

TOILETS

• There will be toilet facilities positioned close to the baggage tent. 

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• The Organiser reserves the right to use any photography (including those of participants) and recording during the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors. 
• Participants are strongly advised to go for a medical examination and/or to consult a medical practitioner before the event. It is the responsibility of every participant to ensure that they are fit and healthy to complete the run.
• Our medical team has the sole and final authority to remove any participant from the event if the participant is deemed to be physically unfit to continue the event without risk of serious injury.
• Our medical team will send the injured or sick participant to the nearest hospital in the case of emergency. 
• Participants partake in this event at their own risk. The Organiser shall not be liable for any injuries, loss and/or damages to property, whether personal or otherwise, arising from the training for or during the event.
• It is recommended that all participants have personal accident and/or health insurance. 
• The Organisers reserve the right to delay the start of the run in the event of heavy rain or extreme weather conditions. If the unfavorable weather conditions persist after the delay, the Organisers reserve the right to cancel the run without providing refunds. The Organisers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned. Goodie bags and medals will still be given out to all participants.
