Event Description 

In conjunction with National Cancer survivor day 2019, KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital will be organized a Charity Program ‘KPJ Penang Glow Run 2019’. The main objective of this program is to create awareness of cancer sufferers and survivors to public and also to raise fund for society who needed. Hence,  we would like to use your platform as our online event registration partner. Runners' Safety

The organizer shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participants or for damages to or loss of such person's property.

Runners Entitlement

Upon successful registration, participants will receive the following, as part of the race kit:

2. Glow Kit
3. Voucher from Sponsor (To be confirm)

5. Finisher Medal (To Be Given on Event Day)

Race Pack Collection

Collecting Your Own Race Pack

Documents Required:

1. Nric/Identification
2. Payment Slip/Confirmation Slip 

Collecting On Behalf Of Someone Else

Participants who are unable to collect their race packs on their own may appoint a representative on their behalf. To do so, the representative must present a signed letter of authorisation and the necessary documents.

Documents Required:

1. Photocopy Of Participant's Nric/Identification
2. Payment Slip/Confirmation Slip
3. Letter Of Authorisation

Reminder to participants: 

• Please bring along confirmation slip and your id-card or passport when redeem your race kit
• And for those collect on behalf/any relative/friend COMPULSORY to bring photocopy of id-card or passport together with confirmation slip from Ticket2u
• There will be NO race pack collection on event day

What to wear and bring

You are required to wear the KPJ PENANG GLOW RUN 2019 t-shirt that is found in the race pack that you have collected earlier. Come in your most comfortable running shoes to minimize any unnecessary discomfort during the race. 

Wet weather

If it rains before the event:

Runners are to proceed to race venue for further instructions.

• If there are any delays, announcements will be made at the event ground by 7.30pm.
• If the bad weather persists past 8.15pm, the race will be cancelled.

If it rains during the race:

Announcements will be made by the marshals along the running route to advice participants to take shelter. Participants can proceed with the run at their own risk.

After the run

Don't just head home right after completing the run! Join in the fun and exercise with live dance performances at run venue for the official after party. Don't forget to stay behind after to see if you've won in the grand lucky draw.
