Terms and Conditions 活动条款与规则
1. All goods sold are strictly non exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
所有订单一经购买，恕不设取消、不退換、更改或退款。
2. We deliver to West Malaysia only. Changes of shipping address please check with customer service.
目前只能发送至西马而已。如需要更改收货地址，请马上联系客服。
3. We will proceed order once payment made. Tracking number will be sent via email. Shipment takes around 3-5 working days, depending on courier partner.
付款后会安排发货。系统会通过电邮(email)通知收件人包裹的Tracking number及物流状态。快递发货需要3-5天工作日。
4. All mooncakes will be shipped from September onwards. We will post out every Monday only to avoid item stucked at logistic hub. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
所有月饼礼盒将会在9月开始发货。我们只会在每周一发货，以避免物品卡在物流中心。如有不便，敬请原谅。感激不尽。
5. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the information without notification.
组织单位有权在任何时候作出修改，恕不另行通知。
