Each e-ticket(s) services package valid for 1 (one) single person redemption only. Any exceeding payment are to be borne by the customer.
The service is by appointment only in compliance to SOP. Please make booking at least 1 day in advance
Not valid with other on-going promotions.
Upon Purchased are non-refundable.
No entertained in the event of No Show or last minute amendment.
No verbal amendment will be accepted.
One time postponed of date is allowed within 3 months of the original booking date (Subject to room availability. Any extra payment/surcharge will be charged upon arrival.
No Pets are allowed in room.
We will only accept guests who are fully vaccinated (double dosed with the approved vaccinations as per MKN's list and after a period of 14 days, prior to check in.

NOTE: Single dosed individuals will not be allowed to enter.
