Metro Tabernacle 40th Anniversary Celebration Dinner

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Once processing is completed by the Organising Team, a QR code will be emailed to the Purchaser as confirmation.
• Each ticket purchased will be allocated one QR code.
• There is no limit to the number of tickets purchased in each form submitted. The total QR codes generated & emailed to the Purchaser will be according to the numbers of tickets purchased in every form submitted.
• For every multiple of 10 tickets purchased, these purchasers will be seated together at 1 table.
• For any balance of the multiple of 10 tickets purchased, these will be randomly allocated to a table seating with others.
• Approaching the date of event, the same QR code will be resent to all Purchasers via their email address incorporated with the table seating numbers. Purchasers will thereafter distribute the QR codes to each guest to ease the check-in registration on the day of event and allow them to locate their table number accordingly.
• Check-in on the day of the 40th Anniversary Celebration Dinner is strictly by QR code only.
• Kindy validate your car park ticket at the registration counter (on day of event) to ensure you enjoy the RM7 flat rate.
