• Sale Period: 25 - 27 July 2025, 11.59pm (Instant E-ticket confirmation)
• Redemption period: Open Date Ticket. Redeem now until 30 September 2025 (LAST DAY REDEMPTION 8PM)
  Family package ticket redemption require minimum of 1 adult per package.
  Example: "1 Adult with 3 children"/ "2Adults with 2 children"/ "3Adults with 1 child" /"4Adults" per package
• Eligibility

  • The child ticket is only applicable for children aged 2-11yrs old. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

  • The adult ticket is only applicable for adults aged 12-59yrs old, while the senior citizen ticket is only applicable for seniors aged 60+

  • The age of every individual will be calculated by the YEAR of birth instead of the month

• E-ticket(QR) & Personal ID/NRIC/Passport MUST be presented at ticket counter upon admission, visitor needs to pay the difference should the purchased ticket type/price is different from what being presented during checking.
• No cancellation or refund can be made one confirmed.
• Eating, drinking, chewing gum and smoking are not allowed during the visit.
• Tickets are valid for one time entry only.
• No refund will be given due to inclement weather. Please check the weather forecast before purchasing tickets online.

• Not valid with any other ongoing offers, discounts, events, and/or promotion.
• NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE DATE OR TRANSFER will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
• No outside foods & beverages.
• All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysian (RM). All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
• We recommend you use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket(QR), do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
• Cancellation / “No Show” Charges 
  a. SnowLim Wonderland Management reserves the right to impose charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the event of any last-minute cancellation / “no show” on the day of arrival once a reservation has been confirmed.

• Additional Information

  • Children aged 0-11 must be supervised at all times
  • Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings

• Prohibitions & Limitations

  • Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• SnowLim Wonderland Management reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete, or add to the stated terms and conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• SnowLim Wonderland management has the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
