  • All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. 
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once your booking is confirmed.
  • All seats are free seating according to Block/Zone, kindly check the selected Block/Zone before proceeding with payment. 
  • Seat Map/Venue Layout displayed on our website and mobile application is not drawn to scale and is used for Ticket location purposes only. The published layout is subject to change without prior notice. 
  • Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.
  • Lost, broken, or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
  • By purchasing tickets through Ticket2U, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
  • Kindly present the printed ticket or online e-ticket QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.

However, we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration before the date of the event. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been canceled, rescheduled, or altered and the date and time of any rescheduled event. Neither Ticket2U nor the Event Organizer will be liable for any other losses incurred by the ticket buyer including travel and accommodation or other expenses.

Concert Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the concert, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticketing

  • Each ticket admits one person only.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation.

  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

  • Entry may be denied if ticket is damaged, defaced or deemed fraudulent.

2. Admission and Entry

  • Entry is subject to security checks.

  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject individuals for unruly behaviour, suspected illegal activity, or failure to comply with rules.

  • Doors open at 3pm; show starts at 4:30pm. Latecomers may be admitted during breaks at the discretion of the organiser.

3. Age Restrictions

  • This is a all ages / 18+ / family-friendly event.

  • Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Prohibited Items

  • No outside food and drinks, illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials.

  • No professional recording equipment unless authorised.

5. Event Changes

  • Line-up, schedule, or venue is subject to change without notice.

  • In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Processing fees may not be refundable.

6. Liability

  • The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

  • Attendees attend at their own risk.

7. Photography and Media

  • By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

8. COVID-19 / Health Guidelines

  • Attendees are required to comply with any health and safety protocols in place during the event.

  • The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to anyone showing symptoms or refusing to follow guidelines.

9. Other Conditions

  • No re-entry is allowed unless stated otherwise.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by the organiser.
