Details

The Shantanand Festival of Arts (SFA) 2025 celebrates the spirit of creativity, learning, and sharing — where the arts become a living, breathing journey of discovery. This year’s festival features exciting Feature Performances by renowned Master Artists, Showcase Presentations, and enriching learning opportunities through Masterclasses, Workshops, Lecture Demonstrations, and Panel Discussions. Themed with Lineage and Light and taglined as Rooted in Reverence.....Rising in Creation - promises to bring forth fresh new offerings that are rooted in strong traditions. It spotlights young artists, while redefining and continuing traditional practices. It aims to bridge generations, foster collaborations and mentorship between seasoned creators and emerging talents.

General Sales Conditions 

  1. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only. 
  2. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances. 
  3. This event is a free seating event. Audience are encouraged to arrive early. Doors may be closed to avoid any disruption to the performances. Any late comers may be allowed in only between items.
  4. Children aged 5 and above must have a ticket for admission. No admission for child aged between 5 - 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult.

  5. Adult Ticket holders are responsible to take note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on minimum children admission age.

  6. Participation in the Masterclasses, Workshops, and Lecture Demonstrations is recommended for children aged 8 and above. Younger children (below 8 years) are warmly welcome to join as observers and enjoy the experience.
  7. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee ticketing fee & etc.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to
    a) FOUR (4) admissions for Feature and Showcase Performances per transaction
    b) TEN (10) Masterclass/Workshop/Lecture Demonstration tickets per transaction.
  9. Please ensure that the ticket purchased are ONLY shared to intended recipients and ensure that you do not share with any other third party persons as the QR Code can only be scanned ONCE for the Entry to the event.

  10. For those who purchase on behalf for your friend/family please make sure the ticket only given to the right person(s).

  11. For multiple ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the ticket under your purchase. 

  12. In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card may be requested to be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to be registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for hall entry.

  13. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time. 

  14. Purchasers MUST be able to show their confirmation email with QR code upon entry. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holder to entry the hall. 

  15. Third party are not allowed to entry the event hall.

  16. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket. 

  17. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold. 

  18. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. 

  19. Tickets are valid for single entry only. Once scanned and validated at the event gate, the ticket is considered used and cannot be revalidated or transferred, regardless of who presents it or proof of purchase. The organizer shall not be liable for entry refusal in such cases.

  20. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.

  21. Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u in order to facilitate ticket or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Ticket2u's privacy policy states they use your data for order processing, promotions, and security purposes, and may share it with trusted third parties like merchants or credit card verification providers. They use security measures like SSL and firewalls to protect data, but they are not liable for breaches by third-party hackers. Ticket2u also clarifies they may monitor communications and reserves the right to modify user-submitted content, according to its General Terms of Use. 

  22. The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provide his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organiser in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorised parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.

  23. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission

    • Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.

    • In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.

  24. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Ticket will be rendered as invalid if resold. 

  25. Weather condition 

    • If this is an indoor event , it will not be impacted by raining.

    • If this is an outdoor event , it might be under raining - Rain coat will be available for purchase on the venue. 

    • The show will continue if there are raining .

  26. Delay & Postponement

    • Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below.

    • In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

  27. Cancellation 
    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

    • In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances 

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

  28. Consent

    • During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

  29. Assumption of Risk

    • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

  30. Changes to Event

    • Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice. 

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

  31. Recording/ Audiotaping

    • No flash photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the except those that are officially designated.

  32. Amendments

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

The Temple of Fine Arts (TFA) Malaysia, established in 1981 by Swami Shantanand Saraswathi, is a non-profit cultural and educational institution dedicated to the preservation, promotion, and propagation of Indian classical arts and culture.
