Mostafa’s mom has been making this dish for as long as he can remembers. It is her go-to for any sort of family get-together, and she loves to make it for holidays, birthdays, and other special occasions in Kashan. The secret ingredient is love: lots and lots of love! It is the best combination of handpicked and premium ingredients – saffron, rose water, almond and cardamon, without any additives or preservatives.
