Over the years, Ticket2U has built an end-to-end ecosystem capable of supporting some of Malaysia’s most important sporting and entertainment venues — combining our own ticketing and check-in technology with the physical infrastructure required to manage stadium-scale crowds.
At TM National Stadium Bukit Jalil, our capabilities extend to a complete stadium access solution supporting more than 100 full-height entrance gates, integrating hardware controllers, turnstiles, ticket validation and real-time check-in capabilities for large-scale events such as concerts for Legacy 30 Siti Nurhaliza (70,000+ pax), Thalapathy Thiruvizha with over 85,000+ pax, and many more heavy crowded projects over years.

At the National Hockey Stadium, Ticket2U has deployed 32 turnstiles gates to support controlled and efficient venue entry. This setup includes full cloud capabilities with offline + online solutions, to ensure smooth entry without network interruptions. Project such as EXO Planet (15,000+ pax), Hujan 20 Tahun (17,000+ pax), and more has been smoothly executed to ensure safe and fast entry for all attendance.
At Unifi Arena, our portable gate infrastructure provides the flexibility to support different event configurations and crowd requirements. But access control is not only about getting audiences into a venue quickly. It is also about audience safety and security. Ticket2U has provided more than 300 concerts at PSM Stadiums with extensive experiences and sustainable technologies cater for any size, any setup and any size requirement. For major sporting events such as the Badminton Malaysia Open, Ticket2U has implemented facial recognition access for crew and players — helping ensure that credentials are used by the correct authorised individuals and reducing the risk of crew tags being shared or misused. Full house project has been delivered to Unifi Arena tracked record with almost monthly, such as Dewa 19, Sammi Cheng, Sid Sriram, iKON, AJL and many more corporates' projects.
